Class Discussion

I was just wondering who is presenting this week, so that I would be able to post some valid information. Does any one know?

According to our schedule, Larry and Kevin are supposed to present on website dos and don'ts. Don't know if they still are or not, because they haven't posted any info yet. I would wait and see what happens....I'm sure they are though...

Joel and Nikki- I thought Dan was presenting? idk...

I don't know what's going on....I was looking at the schedule and Dan's day for leading already passed....and Larry and Kevin are supposed to present on Wednesday. But who knows...no one has posted any reading assignments or what we should prepare ourselves with for discussion on 4/9

Yes, I'm confused about who's presenting, too. Nobody has been, like Nicole said, posting who's going when. Does anybody know??? Tomorrow's Wednesday and in order to prepare for tomorrow's discussion, we need to know.

I think whether someone presents or not - either way both teams should try and use class time to work on the site and finalize any designs or creative changes. I'm honestly assuming that no-one is presenting tomorrow based on the fact that there's no new assigned materials etc. - but we'll see.

I agree but I also thought Dr. Petroski said that someone should be presenting every class the first half of class and the later class time is to be used for him teaching some sort of technical aspect of something we need to learn.

Both Trenet and Mindy have a valid point. I believe that each group needs a little bit of time to talk over their projects, but hopefully someone who still needs to present will step up and have a discussion. Dr. Petroski will be a little upset if we don't have a discussion because that is a big part of our class. At the same time him teaching the second half of the class is very important. Collectively as a class along with Dr. Petroski we should be sharing information, which is the main point of the wiki. We will have to wait and see what happens because their is nothing new at this point.
